The Carter Day Rotary Separator is a high-capacity rotary screening machine designed for grain cleaning, scalping, sifting, and separation applications. Its versatile design provides efficient screening of cereal grains and other free-flowing granular materials, with multiple deck and screen configurations available to meet specific processing requirements.
The Rotary Separator uses a 1″ orbital stroke and a reliable HTD drive system to provide consistent, dependable operation. It can be configured for a variety of grain cleaning applications, including the removal of oversized material, field trash, and other unwanted particles. Optional low-profile aspirators provide additional air separation, while rubble decks are available for heavy-duty scalping applications.
