Fine Cleaners and Ultra Fine Cleaners
Carter Day Fine Cleaners are designed for efficient cleaning and separation of cereal grains and other free-flowing granular materials. These high-performance grain cleaners combine scalping, sifting, and controlled air separation to remove unwanted material and improve product quality. Flexible screen configurations allow the cleaning process to be customized to specific products, capacities, and processing requirements.
Fine Cleaners feature a reliable drive system, easily changeable screens, and a consistent air wash across the product stream. Multiple screen arrangements provide flexibility in flow configuration, allowing operators to optimize the machine for different grain cleaning applications.
Ultra Fine Cleaners include all of the features of the Fine Cleaners, with the addition of a bottom air system and mechanically controlled variable-speed fan. This additional air separation capability provides greater control over the removal of lightweight material, while simple mechanical adjustments make the system easy to operate and maintain.
P515 Pre-Cleaner
The Carter Day P515 Pre-Cleaner is a high-capacity grain cleaning machine designed for efficient removal of unwanted material before further processing. Its integrated pre-suction and after-suction aspiration systems, combined with scalping and sifting capabilities, provide thorough pre-cleaning in a single machine.
The P515 features a reliable drive system, easily changeable screens, and a consistent air wash across the product stream. Flexible screen configurations allow the machine to be adapted to specific cleaning requirements, helping remove roughage, oversized material, fines, dust, and lightweight contaminants from cereal grains and other free-flowing granular materials.
